I was honoured to be featured on the front cover of Global Man Magazine – The Success & Empowerment Issue, and grateful to Mirela Sula and her team for the opportunity to share my story.

While appearing on the cover is a real privilege, it’s the conversation inside the magazine that matters most.

In my exclusive interview with Mirela, we explore the realities of entrepreneurship – not just the successes, but the setbacks too. From building successful businesses to losing almost everything and starting again, we discuss the experiences that have shaped both my career and my approach to leadership.

Too often, entrepreneurship is over-glamourised. We tend to see the highlights, but not the years of hard work, the difficult decisions or the resilience it takes to overcome failure. It’s perhaps no surprise that only around 35% of start-ups make it beyond five years.

That’s why I wanted this interview to be honest.

We spoke about the lessons I’ve learned throughout my journey, the importance of surrounding oneself with the right people, and why access to the right knowledge can change everything. Success is rarely achieved alone, and I’ve been fortunate to learn from some incredible people throughout my career.
