Andrew Scott Business Growth Webinar Attracts Over 300 Industry Leaders
More than 300 business leaders and senior decision-makers joined me for my first Business Growth Webinar, where I shared practical strategies for building resilient, scalable businesses in challenging market conditions.
The session drew on my experience of acquiring, building and exiting more than 15 companies, as well as two decades working closely with business owners across multiple sectors. My aim was simple. Strip away theory and focus on what actually works when you are responsible for growth, cash flow and long-term value.
I explained the thinking behind my purpose–plan–execute approach and how it provides structure when markets feel uncertain. We looked at the role of brand, customer trust and disciplined decision-making in opening new markets and attracting higher-value clients. I also shared my four strategies for the growth framework and highlighted the common mistakes I see businesses make when they try to scale without clarity or control.
A key part of the discussion focused on the commercial use of AI. Used properly, it can generate revenue and insight around the clock. Used poorly, or ignored altogether, it can leave businesses exposed. I also addressed the risks of relying on purely transactional models in a post-COVID economy where relationships and credibility matter more than ever.
To help attendees apply the thinking to their own businesses, I offered a complimentary two-hour growth workshop. Many of those sessions have already been booked. Due to demand, I will be hosting a further online webinar on Wednesday, 25 February at 11.00 am. Add to my Calendar or Add to Google Calendar
Feedback from the session has been encouraging. One attendee commented: “The frameworks make growth feel structured, not theoretical. A clear, decisive approach to opportunity.”
Reflecting on the event, I said: “There has rarely been a better time to build, scale and create real value. The appetite for clear thinking and practical leadership is strong, and I’m looking forward to continuing the conversation with more business leaders in the months ahead.”
